The Founding Team

Different disciplines. A shared standard. Oltraya brings together experience across real estate, strategic development and human behaviour — combining market judgement with a deeper understanding of how people choose, live and experience place. Together, the founding team approaches every development from both sides of the equation: what creates enduring value, and what creates a better life for the people who live there.
